At Bumblebee Coffee, every cup makes a difference. Each bag is labelled, packed, and prepared by adults with disabilities at our Minneapolis-based nonprofit, which provides paid work and services to people with barriers to employment and community inclusion.

In our hive, we believe that community is for everybody. Because of this belief, all profits are reinvested in programs that help the people we serve engage with the community and enrich their lives through fun outings, skill-building classes, and meaningful experiences.

How does buying Bumblebee Coffee benefit adults with disabilities?

Your purchase supports meaningful opportunities for adults with disabilities. We create opportunities for individuals to build skills. An example of this is we have individuals who label coffee bags, grind and package the coffee, and assemble the shipping boxes. We strive to find meaningful work opportunities for our persons served that align with their skills and goals.
Where do you source your coffee?

We are partnered with Up Coffee Roasters, located in Northeast Minneapolis. Up is known for their organic and fair trade practices, working directly with farmers to ensure the highest quality coffee and pay.
How long will it take to get my order?

To ensure the freshest coffee, orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Our Coffee of the Month subscription has cutoff dates. See our Coffee of the Month product page for more information.
